My role will focus on: ✅ Developing and executing the Operations Roadmap ✅ Collaborating with multiple teams, including Product, Design, Data, Supply, and Quality ✅ Tracking and analyzing KPIs ✅ Identifying root causes and implementing solutions for operational efficiency ✅ Managing documentation on Confluence ✅ Leading the Monthly Department Review ✅ Overseeing various aspects of project management I’m ready to give my all to this role. What excites me most about this opportunity is the chance to work with such a dynamic, fast forward-thinking team while contributing to Back Market’s mission of making refurbished tech the first choice for everyone. Most startup’s fail here 👇 The hardest part of a solo founder is validation. And honestly, it’s not easy. I sent personalized connection requests to 47+ startup founders in Silicon Valley in one day. Only 2 said yes. At first, that felt low. Then I realized something important. Validation is not about replies. It’s about real conversations. Those 2 founders took time to talk. 💝 Both understood the real problem. They said: “This is real. We need this.” 🔥 This taught me something important. Silence does not mean "NO". It usually means founders are busy building. I’m still validating HumIQ. Still listening. Still learning. Build with 💝 for startup founders.
