My role will focus on: ✅ Developing and executing the Operations Roadmap ✅ Collaborating with multiple teams, including Product, Design, Data, Supply, and Quality ✅ Tracking and analyzing KPIs ✅ Identifying root causes and implementing solutions for operational efficiency ✅ Managing documentation on Confluence ✅ Leading the Monthly Department Review ✅ Overseeing various aspects of project management I’m ready to give my all to this role. What excites me most about this opportunity is the chance to work with such a dynamic, fast forward-thinking team while contributing to Back Market’s mission of making refurbished tech the first choice for everyone. My first startup, Discoby, failed. But I didn’t. Yes, it was hard. Yes, it hurt. I’m 33. I have a daughter. I have real responsibilities. Friends and family told me: “Find a job.” and also they asked me multiple times “Are you sure you want to try again?” Then one friend asked me something different: “Did you fail or did the product fail?” That question changed everything. I’m not a failed founder. I’m a founder with a failed product. So this time, I’m doing it differently. I don’t call it a life decision. I call it an experiment with full of founder mindset energy. I use everything I learned before. Idea. Vision. Product. Coding. Design. Marketing. Validation. Traction. Pitching. Same skills. Calmer mindset. More respect for the process.
